We understand that at times, it is not always possible to keep an appointment, work commitments change, children are sent home from school, this just happen to all of us.
But where possible we need at least 24 hours notice if you are cancelling an appointment.
Where we see a history of missed or same day cancellations, we may ask for the appointment to be paid for in advance or further bookings may be refused.
